About Dave

Dave is originally from Great Britain and moved to Germany in late 2008 after living in England, Wales and Australia.

He studied History and Ancient History at The University of Wales: Swansea. In 2009 received his TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certificate. He has been teaching ever since.

Dave taught in Hamburg from 2009 – 2024 and recently moved to Mölln with his wife and children where he is delighted to be able to offer lessons to locals in Schleswig-Holstein.

Aside from teaching, Dave also runs and owns the health and fitness website, Hurry The Food Up, with his business partner.

He has a background in SEO, email and content marketing and stays on top of online business and marketing trends.
